BMW X5 E70 2012 4.0D VTG Fault

Hi there.

I working on X5 with a few fault with VGT.
VIN: L478034
Before i go ahead and have it replace i was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to see if i've missed anything out.
I've checked all fuses, they seem ok.
I did flash VGT box with ISTA/P and all was ok with flashing.
ISTA/P test plan wont show any fault codes that it recognizes:

004C3C no message set point torque - DRIVE OFF ASSISTANT RECEIVER 0XBB DDE TRANSMITTER.
00CF80 signal from engine management set point - torque request.
005F3A DSC transfer case malfunction.
005F3A transfer box VTG calibration missing.

Any help would be great.
