BMW E90 316i Vanos Noise

Hi,

Last week arrived a 316i E90 with N45B16A engine with noises coming from both (IN and EX) Vanos and timing chain.
We replaced both Vanos with brand new Aisin and timing chain kit with brand new Swag-Febi one. Timing chain and Exhaust Vanos noises dissapeared.
However, Intake Vanos noise persists. If I unplug the Intake Vanos solenoid the noise stops.
If I plug it back it, the noises comes back and it's more intense when you leave the throttle and engine rpms go down.
Parts shop sent us another brand new Aisin Intake Vanos, we replaced it and again the same problem.
Notice: Car has brand new oil and oil filter.

My questions:
- I haven't reseted learned values for Vanos because my tools won't support this function. Can this cause Vanos noise?
I don't think so because exhaust Vanos is silent but I want to ask.
- Has anyone used these Aisin Vanos for BMW N45 or similar engines? Are they trustful? Aisin Vanos look like the original BMW Vanos.
Maybe Aisin manufactured the original ones?
-Could something else cause this problem or these Aisin Vanos are shitty?
