BMW 520D has problem after recall done on the EGR cooler and air condition.
I have seen the car before it went to the dealer and it had only EGR fault but after it come from dealer it developed 5 faults more. They said the car came to them like that and they have print out which I have too now. If i delete it stays with Oxygen Sensor fault short to ground then after engine starts it comes with EGR cooler flap activation short to ground, hot airflow meter, intake air meter frequency too high and thermal oil level sensor no signal.
Dealer replaced additional Oxygen Sensor, EGR valve (supplied by customer) and oil sensor but not fixed. Customer refused more time to pay for investigation.
I have done test with ISTA Next and scoped wires disconnected all sensors possible on the engine but it all ok. ECU is ok no water entry etc.![headbang headbang]()
