This car is 2018 and 35.000 miles, this car has issue whereby when the accelerating and the rpm get to 2.900rpm, message will appear and when you scan you will get turbo underboost issue. I have personally tried to hunt down the problem because I have solve such jobs on other cars before.
Now this particular one Mini cooper, the Wastegate is electronic.
First we did smoke test the turbo and cooler system, it still when car gets to 2.900 during driving, the underboost error appear again.
I got the turbo assembly changed, but no help, I did pressure test from the turbo hose that connect to the turbo output to the throttle and there is no leave,
on the turbo pole but this car keep showing underboost.
Please has someone come one solved something like this before, please kindly help.
