BMW E46 S54 2006 NON Start With P/N Issue

Hi all,
Have an issue with a manual 2006 S54 that has a no start problem.
Was hesitant to start so ignition switch was changed still the same but seemed not as bad, then starter failed and has been replaced, now no cranking at all, no EWS errors, but reading diagnosis from EWS shows starter blocked due to P/N, now I thought this was an SMG issue only but it would seem not, clutch switch is working, ignition switch is working, car will start is starter crossed.
Any ideas?

BMW F30 320D 2013 Seat Occupation No Warning

Hi all friend, have a BMW F30 320D 2013, the problem is that the warning bibe when someone is on the passenger seat is don't work while the customer has done a new hoses in the seat the function of that warning does not work any more, i have a look under passenger seat and there is no occupation sensor no module of it. Where is that equipment of warning? How it work? Please help.
Here is a chassis number if it needs, i need diagram or wiring diagram of that system to check it.

Hi.
I have a problem out of luck decode BMW seat occupancy sensor, tried several own settings but i get errors.
Maybe somebody would help to properly adjust settings?
I work with NCS expert tool, with Expert Mode.

BMW E92 Front Park Distance Control OFF

Hi all,
Have a friend who has had some damage repaired on front bumper and had a sensor issue, bumper was removed and sensor replaced but now has the constant bleep, rather that remove the bumper again to fix issue he would rather if possible disable/code out front sensors, is this possible?

Mini R56 2009 Power Windows Issue

Mini R56 2009 windows problem.
They go down when switch pressed up.
So they work opposite way.
Used firmware was instaled programed with WinKFP.
VO transferred and coded with NCS expert all procedure went OK.
All on a car work perfect, except power windows.

BMW X5 2002 3.0D No Communication

Hi guys.

Maybe you have encountered this problem before...
I have an X5 3.0D from 2002 and when I am trying to communicate via the OBD port the only component I can see is the engine control module and nothing else.
Have you encountered this problem before?
Checked the OBD port and there is signal on ignition, ground wires (pins 4, 5).
Tried to disconnect Radio, ABS, Navi, CD box (to be sure is no short or something) but still nothing.

AutoCom can see gearbox and engine ECU.
INPA can see only engine ECU.
CarSoft can only see gearbox and engine ECU.
Everything else is no communication, module not found.

Any ideas are welcome.

BMW 323i 2008 Clima Coding Issue

I just updated Clima module on that car, programming went ok but coding failed, tried 2 times but same thing.
Tried with NCSExpert and also error there, see attachment.
For some reason cant get NCSExpert to work, i installed it on 3 different computers.
Obviously Clima isn't working properly now.

BMW 123D 2009 No Comms With FRM Issue

Hi to all, i have this 2009 123 Series D. The customer supplied a parking sensor module second hand, i plugged it in and now have no comms with FRM. Says about short circuit. I know these can be recovered i think or should i buy a new one? If recover how best to do? I have WinKFP and Tool32 but never used them or set them up. Or shall i remove chip and read? I have tried with ISTA-P.

BMW NBT/CIC Does Programming Lose FSC Codes?

After programming a couple of E60's with voice control i learned to avoid programming CCC that has FSC/BO enabling codes as i can't restore them.

Someone asked me to look at 2014 M6 that seems to have a coding error meaning the head unit does not realize it should be sending sound via amplifier.

I reckon ISTA-P full program/code should fix it but i am worried i will lose FSC codes.

Do these also vanish from modern head units like CIC/NBT after ISTA-P programming?

If i just run full car code (no programming) will this let me retain FSC? Same story if I code all modules to default using E-Sys?

BMW E91 2005 Mulf Visteon Programming

Hi Mates.
Customer did have problems with the MULF Visteon from a E46 / 2005.
Old Mulf: 6-975173-02 HW: 11.02.00 SW: 06.09.40

We did order a new one. But BMW dealer did advise to NOT programm the unit into the network from the car. (He works after did build in).
They said they did have sometimes problems after programming in the car a black screen appear... and they cannot fix that.
Anyone did hear from this problem?

BMW 335i 2011 FASTA Data Read

I have a BMW 2011 335i that I need to read the FASTA data on and determine if it was over revved. I have downloaded OrderData Viewer but I am not sure how to get that data. I know the FASTA files are stored in the TRIC folder. I Have heard that you can view them right through ISTA but maybe my setup is not correct. I have also seen a FBM Viewer.

Does anyone have access to this or can show me how to read it?

BMW E60 525D 2006 CCC Voice Issue

Hi all,
I replaced the CCC unit in my wifes E60 quite a while ago and recoded VO all went well but she lost voice control.
Is not a problem for her, but now it needs to be sold and would like to get the voice control back working. Is it a major task or easy fix?
Car is a 2006 E60 525D.

BMW E93 2010 ASCM Issue

Hi all,
I have a 2010 E93 that had some from end damage repaired but the roof no longer works, cant find any faults with roof module but ASCM module has error, the customer said the roll bars came out and he has reset them, would this error stop the roof from working? And if so can module be reset?

BMW 525D 2006 Battery Problem

Battery going flat and at the moment it seems when battery monitor wire connected the battery goes flat (discharge appears to be approx 5 amps when vehicle locked). Disconnect monitor wire and discharge approx 20-30 milliamps. Only have Bosch KTS 540 here but if new battery monitor unit required (if) does it require programming/software update etc?
Can Bosch KTS 540 be used in PassThru for this, or is there another PassThru tool which would be better better suited and would also be able to be used for diagnostics using PassThru?
I believe diagnostics is possible with several vehicle manufactures using PassThru device, what is it like please?
Would Actia be a better device or mongoose or another device you recommend.

BMW E60 520i M54 Radio Issue After Re-Program

Hello,
I have a problem with BMW 520i E60 M54. The Radio works before perfect. I program with BMW ISTA all ECU's the start 3 ECU's and then Radio stopped.
For the error on Display i have uploaded photo.
