I have this E92 back, in February we put a fuel pump in for the no start. Everything was fine after that. A day ago the car is towed back. Customer broke down and had the car sent to BMW. They told him it needed a IBS and a fuel pump. Was asking an arm and a leg so he brought it back to us. I found the wire to the IBS was unplugged. I registered the battery and the code was gone. I see the car is getting no fuel so i change the pump and go to start it. It starts and stops about five times then again no fuel. Pump seems to lock up. Tomorrow i will put a new pump and see if it starts. Could a voltage problem be their cause the IBS was unplugged?

BMW E46 Convertible Roof Issue
Hey, I have a big problem with the top of one E46.
It works anytime it likes. In diagnosis there is no problem, all the sensors seem to be ok in all stages of movement.
I found second hand hydraulic motor and convertible unit, but it is the same.
I have no problem in wiring and now I think to check the K line bridge.
Is anyone who has seen something similar to give me any extra idea?

BMW X3 E83 2.0D 2010 Speedometer Not Working
Hello members.
I have big problem with BMW X3 E83 2.0D 2010, with automatic gearbox, Navi etc.
Problem: don`t work speedometer on instrument cluster, also don`t work consumption in l/km.
No fault in any module in the car.
In DSC i see speed on all 4 tires.
In servotronic i see speed on can and k-bus.
In kombi i do the test in hidden menu and all are ok.
I checked all fuses and ground connections and all are ok.
Anybody had similar problem?

BMW E61 520D 2009 Loss Of Power
Hi Guys,
I have here E61 from 2009 N47 EDC17CP02.
Car have less power with mil light on (not safe mode), DTC 003FF1 - P0101 and 004933 - P115C.
After some measurements I fund that MAP goes up to 2.200 bar and not more and desired MAP at this point is 2,600 bar...
Now with ISTA I found that when I make the actuators check of the Turbo position sensor, the actuator signal rises between 9-95% in the first step every 4 secs then every 1sec.
But the confirmation of the position sensor is dead, not any reaction...
(I mean not any reaction on ISTA, because I have check signal from Turbo up to ECU, and at the input of ECU is all ok...).
Any one face something like that?

BMW E92 2007 Rear Lights Issue [SOLVED!]
Hi all,
I have an E92 with an issue with rear lights.
Only the side lights in the boot lid light up not the outer ones, DIS reports ON and no shorts with switch in position 1, have swapped and coded new NFRM and still the same results, anyone have any ideas?

BMW F30 Micro 9S12P128 MCU Data
Micro 9s12p128, 48 pin MCU read/write.

BMW 320D F30 ZBE Controller Problem
Hello.
I have BMW 320D problem with ZBE corn controller roller not working.
I repair hardware & it working but USB & Bluetooth not working, so I update with AVDI Erase Block success & Error at 95 %, Error 18, so after that all controller stop. Now nothing key also not working.
After that I read 9S12P128 with Smok JTAG.
Now I want to know, when AVDI flashing ZBE, first it download flash file, so I want to know, this flash file where to save in my computer, so I write in my 9S12P128 MCU & my device working again or nay one have ZBE 9S12P128 data.

BMW 528i 1999 AirBag Problem

I have this problem with a:

It originally started as airbag light on which unfortunately at the time I didn't have anything to communicate to the module and pull codes so I have no clue what the reason was for light on. Since vehicle is from good customer, I decided to pull module and send with someone who assured me he could repair easy and quickly. It's been about a month now and he won't answer or return my calls, therefore I'm left with no other choice but to correct my f**k
up!
and here I am now reaching out to AP community for help. I obtained a used module but not sure it will be compatible because I can see the serial numbers are different. But in short that is what I need to do, install new module and recode/program. Thank You all in advance for the great support. I will post some pics after I get home.

BMW E63 630i 2005 Fuel Pump Issue DTC 006295
Vehicle is 2005.
This came from another garage.
The original problem they had was non start and fuel pump fault.
Fitted a fuel pump and car runs but won't clear code relating to fuel pump 006295 EKPS No control current.
I carried out a test plan and when I get to the point it activates fuel pump, there is no pump running.![itwasntme itwasntme]()
If I complete the test plan after checking supplies etc it tells me to replace fuel pump. But car runs now! I'm trying to find out at the moment if they fitted a genuine pump?
If I activate fuel pump separately within the EKPS it runs for 20 secs as it should.
In the information page it does mention that after 7/2013 the fuel pump can be supplied in installation mode and that there is a service function for this, but I can't find this. Maybe it's not applicable to this vehicle but I don't know. I don't do much with BMW so would like a little help on this one.

BMW E90 325i MRS 93D7 ECU Fault
VIN: KT93989
Fault in MRS is 93D7 internal control unit fault.
Customer said he had it looked at from another garage and they said it was to do with seat occupancy sensor and is a common fault.
There was no code when I checked relating to seat occupancy, just the above code!
Can this be fixed by way of programming/coding, if so how?
Or does it need a control unit?

BMW 745i 2002 Fuel Pump Issue [SOLVED!]
I have 2002 BMW 745i in my shop with start issue, no power going to fuel pump.
I scanned it with ISTA/D and it showed no error in B pillar satellite (SBSR).
When I activated fuel pump with ISTA, still no power to pump but no error in module.
Wiring is ok, when applying power to pump with probe, car starts.
Is there any fix for that module or does it need to be replaced?

BMW E60 2006 SZL Issue [SOLVED!]
Hello all,
I have try with all these software's for this E60 2006 year, steering angle sensor adaptation:
BMW DIS V57 - Progman, Abrites AVDI, Bosh ESI & KTS, BMW ISTA-D/ISTA-P, BMW INPA, but this function steering angle adjustment i tried with:
BMW DIS V57, Abrites AVDI, BMW ISTA-D, but all the time i get errors when try the adaptation:
"Steering wheel angle sensor calibration impossible" and always show: -1400 degrees , and i cant set 0 degrees.
Tried to replace SZL module, but same two fault's in control unit:
9501 - Steering angle sensor adjustment faulty.
94C1 - Coding data transfer faulty.
I checked in CAS and SZL is same the VIN number's
maybe need to rewrite the VIN number in SZL or do resynchronization...
But i don't find a tool which I can write VIN on it and how to do this, maybe someone know how to do this?

BMW 520 2013 Sound System Issue
Hello!
I have one customer that they stole his stereo.
They cut the cables and took the stereo and i bought one new stereo, new antenna cable, and some others cables that the thief just cut off.
The stereo that i bought i put it in the car and coded it. But the stereo is still not working, i don't get communication with HID.
The screen on HID is also dead and when i check with computer it says that the one its circuit problem.
Does someone by any chance have to send any electric scheme between stereo and hid?
The VIN is WBAMX11030DY08267.

BMW X3 2007 Transfer Case Calibration Faulty
I have 2007 BMW X3, it came with DSC and some other light on, related to VTG actuator.
I had Transfer Case Actuator Motor Replacement Gear and i changed that. The old gear was worn out, calibration went ok.
After few KM of driving error came back, see attachment.
The vehicle jerks especially when cornering, i had extra used actuator with new gear already replaced and again calibration goes ok but, after some driving the error comes back. Also oil change was done with OEM oil.
Does that mean this car needs transfer case?

BMW E90 N43 Excess Pressure In Inlet With Medium/Heavy Throttle
2008 E90 with 2.0 N43, VIN : A412008, Mileage: approx. 100000 miles
First looked it at about 10 days ago, customer had already changed low pressure sensor due to fault code but now found fault code for misfire cylinder 1, so customer changed coil but still no difference. Also had fault code for air mass meter and NOx/Cat convertor oxidised.
I performed ISTA guided misfire test which suggested to change all injectors. (makes a change from suggesting changing all plugs/coils/injectors
).
As customer had spare brand new injector I advised to fit this to cyl 1, and swap MAF from another car as test.
Went back end of last week, misfire fault code gone, but MAF fault code still randomly coming back (cat fault always present). Can feel random misses at idle, smooth running numbers show no particular cylinder to blame.
However now on medium to heavy throttle, car stumbles, sometimes rpm slowly bounces around 1500-2000ish, sometimes it will gradually climb, but on gentle throttle, it runs nice and will happily and quickly rev to redline.
I noticed when car was good, fuel rail pressure was approx. 150000mbar, but when car misbehaved, fuel pressure would drop as low as 8000mbar.
(LPFP in tank makes approx 5000mbar itself).
So my next recommendation was to change HPFP.
Went back today and car behaving exactly the same, but the only difference is now fuel rail pressure normally around 150000mbar, but full throttle would increase rail pressure to approx. 200000mbar.
However car still behaved exactly the same so I thought to inspect throttle body which was clean, but I noticed with gentle throttle input, I could feel suction increasing all the way to redline.
With medium to full throttle I could feel air pumping OUT of the throttle in time with engine RPM.
Reconnected it and noticed if I removed the cover for MAF, I could feel heavy air pulses coming out here as well.
If I removed oil cap, could feel moderate air pressure coming out, and engine RPM would slightly drop and become more rough.
I have to admit electrics is more my specialty and I don't think this is electrical at all so would be very grateful for any input from anyone who has any idea.
I thought today maybe problem with DISA (maybe one stage partially blocked, or not correctly switching), but I could not find any DISA valve or motor, and I could not find any live data or actuation's, and no mention of DISA when looking up manual to remove/install manifold in ISTA and TIS.
The only remaining crazy theories I can come up with:
Exhaust/Cat blocked. But I can hear Metallic rattling from exhaust occasionally, just like damaged cat which matches with fault code for cat. Also if exhaust blocked, I doubt engine would happily spin up to red line with gentle throttle.
Inlet valves sticking. Maybe because of direct injection, inlet valves covered in rubbish, so sometimes struggling to close. But then valve should be smashed to bits by the pistons from sticking open, and compression test would show nothing as problem is only with medium to heavy throttle.

I changed the fuel tank cover to new one, still i get the warning that tank cover is not put correctly.
Could it be another fault and the pressure is leaking from the tank cover?

BMW E90 2005 CCC Coding Error [SOLVED!]
Hi all,
I have a 2005 E90 that have changed like for like CCC unit but have no sound.
Tried to code VO but get an invalid mark $751 so removed $751 from CAS which allowed me to read VO.
I wrote it back to cappl and it has removed the DAB from options but still no sound.
Do I need to write anywhere else or it is any other problem?

I change ECU, CAS & Key all working but i hurry i forget to remove ABS socket, now with my original set ABS light & error:

In AVDI coding function error.
With online AVDI programming function success, in this operation flash DSC unit but after flash success not coding VO coding, now DSC unknown this is happen with second time with AVDI, so please tell me how to do DSC coding or where i am wrong?

BMW E39 Hydrolic Tailgate Retrofit
Hi all,
Can anyone help at all? I have a Hydrolic tailgate setup to fit and have all necessary parts but unsure of wiring as the loom has been cut at length and includes a fair bit of the cars loom, I have tried to find details on WDS but so far have failed.
Has anyone done this or knows of any topics that talk about this fit?
